Fieldy's nickname came from his "chipmunk cheeks"
as a kid. People called him gopher and garfield which later was shortened to Fieldy. Head and Fieldy met in Jr.High and started jamming together. One of his influences was the early Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Fieldy has a fear of planes and would rather travel by bus. In High school Fieldy used to pick on Jonathan and once ran him over with a 3-wheeler. The Follow the Leader cover was the idea of Fieldy. Fieldy began crying when Life is Peachy debuted #3 on the Billboard charts."I just started crying. I cry over the stupidest shit." Fieldy even cries while watching The Lion King. Fieldy has two daughters, Olivia and Sarina Rae. Most of the merchandising for KoRn is done by Fieldy. Fieldy's favorite song from Follow The Leader is 'Freak on a Leash.' Fieldy is half Mexican and half Italian.
