I have neglected the N64 in all of my reviews so far. So to show my "nothing but love" attitude for the N64 I'll review what might perhaps be the best wrestling game on the market today.

No mercy is the best wrestling game outing for the N64. It combines the best aspects of the N64 prequel Wrestlemania 2000 with the little aspects of Smackdown 2 that Can transfer over to the N64 from PS1

The Good: This game features 4 different versions of dozens of playable characters. So you could not only have several different costumes for your favorite characters but you could also have a matchup like The Rock vs. The Rock. Not only that but this game also features a character builder. So you can build wrestlers based on yourself, your friends, or your favorite celebrity.

The Bad: This game IS a fantastic game. However there is one drawback. It's on the N64. There's no way it can possibly compete with Smackdown 2 or even Royal Rumble for Dreamcast. The speed of the game is slow, the graphics suck (although some prefer these graphics when compared to the PS1's Smackdown 2). Not only that but if you look hard enough you can see evidence of how they excluded great wrestlers like Big Show and Gangrel at the last minute.

So in conclusion is No Mercy worth the money and effort? Oh hell yes! If you're looking for an inexpensive systen with inexpensive games then totally go for it.
