Well freakers today is the day the mass murder Timothy McVeigh was executed. Personally I'm happy this day has finally come and gone.  His name can finally leave the medias lips and others may have some since of justice. Justice could never be fully filled for the 160 people who died and all those who were injured. His death can not bring those people back, yet he should not of been allowed to live either. Some say that murder is never right under any situation. That it only breads more hate and violence.  Well I want them to say that when their loved one especially their child was just killed senselessly by some crazed fanatic. do I believe exicution is always the answer? No, I don't. But there has to a limit and point to when we as people say enough is enough. The line is drawn and you crossed it and now you must pay the ulitmate consequence. We must show others that we will not tolorate such horrible acts. I can only hope that his death will make others think before such another horrible act happens again.

Sorry for my rant about all that but it's something that seems to touch me because of my own family. Anyway I went out this weekend and located this hanging tree. I video taped the whole thing and I turned the tape in to be edited for the VCD. I took some stills also and I'll be adding them to my investagative story by Friday. To tell you all the truth nothing turned out as I expected and I got sun burnt to boot.

I was reading other sites this weekend and found several artical that actually mentioned Freak_O_Pedia.  This one comes from the GMD Studio:
2/19/2001: Derek Disappears!
After investigating the paranormal and bizarre since 1998 (and in the public's eye since January 2000), Derek Barnes has disappeared, and Lan Williams has taken down the website and boxed up the Freak HQ. The 13 months of the Freaylinks.com experiperience were a remarkable experiment in interactive fiction and collaborative fabrication, and we're most proud of the community of hardcore fans that developed around the site. We're going to miss that community, but we hope they'll enjoy other realities we're building just as much.
But despite Derek's disappearance, the Freakylinks experience lives on through the fans with sites like
Freakylinks Fever, Save Freakylinks, Freaky Research, Freaky Dude!, Freak_O_Pedia and Creepy Geeks, amoung many others.

To see mine and others efforts talked about on others webpages is a hugh complament. Thanks GMD!
Well freakers I'm out of here. See ya on the flipside!
Hurdy Gur,
Freak_O_Pedia
