| This is a personal favorite of mine. While it is a classic pose, I added a little more intensity to the emotion by giving a bright "hot pink" color to her hair in contrast to the rest of the black and white painting. Life is full of contrasting and conflicting emotions, for me it's never just "black and white". | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| This is the painting of the photograph displayed on my Home Page. I tire of the media hype featuring pre-pubescent little girls as what a woman is supposed to look like. | This is my latest finished piece. It will also be the last of this series for a time. I get mixed emotions when I look at this one, kind of a sweet sadness.
