Eggs

Sausage

Grand biscuits

 

 

 Scramble and cook eggs and brown sausage.  Take the Pillsbury Grands biscuit and slice them in half lengthwise.  Roll each half out flat on a floured surface.

 Place a tablespoon of filling on each rolled out biscuit.  Fold the biscuit over and seal by pressing the edges with a fork.  Chill in the refrigerator a couple of hours.

 When they are ready to cook, brush them with them with a beaten egg.  Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

 (Note fruit or vegetables can be for the filling rather than eggs and sausage).
