BRICKLE CRUNCH
 
Saltine crackers (about 1 sleeve)
2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips
Finely chopped pecans/nuts
 
Preheat over to 400 degrees.  Line a 10x15 cookie sheet with foil.  Lay 
out crackers in the cookie sheet, packing tightly together.  In a 
medium saucepan melt the butter then add the sugar and boil, stirring 
frequently for 2-3 minutes, until the sugar is completely dissolved.  
 
Immediately pour mixture over the crackers and bake for 7 minutes.  
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle the chocolate and peanut butter chips over the crackers,
spreading evenly as they melt.  
 
If desired sprinkle finely chopped nuts over melted morsels. 
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes then break into pieces using hands.
