           Myth VI: We will have less qualified members if we abolish hazing.
           No! Members who have never been hazed will be better fraternity brothers.

           The Facts

           Fact I: Hazing hinders scholastic achievement, lessens self esteem and
            causes emotional strain.

            Fact II: Hazing increases the likelihood of bodily injury or death.

            Fact III: Hazing can put you in jail. It's against the law in most states.

            Fact IV: Hazing threatens your badge, your diploma and your chapters
            charter.

            Fact V: Hazing increases the chance you (personally) and your chapter
            could be sued for negligence.

            Fact VI: Hazing could eliminate insurance coverage. No liability
            insurance policy will cover an intentional act.
