Preschool

I attended preschool at RICCC Learning Center at the age of 5, skipped nursery, straight to kinder and then prep. That is where I learned how to read and write.

Elementary

I then transferred to Wesleyan Academy at Grade 1 and studied there up to Grade 6 where I was a consistent honor student. At grade 6, I graduated from elementary as class Valedictorian. Though it may not seem like it, it's true. At an early age, I participated in many of the school's intramurals sports, namely, basketball, chess, boggle, scrabble, table tennis and never left without a medal for my team, with the exception of table tennis. I played as a proxy for that sport so as to avoid my team getting default.

Highschool

After graduating, I went to Rizal High School because supposedly, the teaching there is great so as long as you're in the top section. Luckily, my entrance exam score made it so I was put in section 1, out of a year level that consisted of 50 sections. It was my first time to go to a public school and I was amazed at how different the culture of teaching in that school was, compared to my previous school. Everybody had to work in a little extra effort because you don't buy books there, the school lends it to you, then you return it at the end of the school year. There I encountered the brightest people, and realized that my classmates didn't have as much as me, but they made the most out of what they had. I finished at top 4 in that class, being exposed to different people, I discovered that I had lots of room for improvement. In my 3rd year though, I transferred to La Consolacion College-Pasig because my older sister was there and partly because I wanted to meet new people. My friends from this highschool are the ones that I became very close with. Got into some vices, I'll admit. Got lazy, got into some trouble, met girls, and that's where my academics started to skid. Not like I failed at subjects, straight line of 9s became 8s. Despite that, I'm glad I got to enjoy my highschool years, as most say, the greatest years of our lives.

College

When I was graduating from highschool, I only took two entrance tests, the UPCAT and the USTET. First one was the UPCAT, I found it real hard because I knew myself, that I only knew half the answers to the test, that's why I told my parents I need to take another test. Then my mom told me to take the USTET because she considered UST to be a good school. I then took the USTET, and found it to be very easy. Not to sound like an airhead, but I thought it was not even half as hard as the UPCAT. I finished the test knowing I was gonna pass, without a doubt. So I told my mom how it went. She told me "Pasado ka na pala ee! Doon ka nalang!". That's how I ended up here. I found it funny. So I took engineering, to go into my dad's footsteps. As a freshman, I wanted to explore. So I made friends, had some fun, I rarely studied. It's not like I was failing subjects, I just barely gave them any thought. Then I thought to myself, I didn't want to waste 4 years of my life doing something I didn't enjoy, let alone excel at. So I shifted to IT and so far since, my grades haven't slipped up. I hope it stays that way though.
