Yoohoo!!! I'm happy and doing well!This week week was a very pleasant week. I feel relaxed and happy and trying to coop with this complete new lifestyle. I accept that things can take a longer time or that things are not there, or new things are broken after 2 days or the whole house smells like the toilet or..... |

Wednesday we celebrated 6 Birthdays, including my!!!I'm 24 now!!!
We bought some snacks, chips, partyhats, dinner with meat and made a big campfire. This week I also went to the Capital, Nairobi. I would expect it would be a city with a little bit more luxury, nice shops, good pavement and good roads, But none of that. What a chaotic place, never seen something like that. But we finded a nice place to do some swimming and drinking relaxed on the roof of the second expensived place in Nairobi. |

In this week we spended again some time in the St Patricks Primary School.
Together with the other Volunteers we organised some lessons about Holland. We teached them about how we live in Holland, food, animals, education and we teached them some dutch words. Was very funny and very regardfull. And again a lot of painting, which they also appreciate a lot. |

Today it's Sunday, the day that EVERYONE goes to church. 'Not believing in God' is not an option here. So when we tell them that we don't believe in GOD, than people start to stotter: "..But....but, what do you do when you wake up....Who do you thank for being here....your food....but.." So in the morning when all the children go to church than we have an easy going morning.

<-- Thank you everyone for being concerned about my eye, but it's not more than an infection. But although very annoying to see only with one eye. I felt already a few times on the floor because with these bad condition of the streets and 1 Eye can't see a lot of depth. But it's going better. |
