Round Time: Rounds are 3 minutes long with 1 minute breaks.
Fouls:
1. Eye Gouging.
2. Biting.
3. Clawing or pinching or scratching.
4. Groin attacks of any kind.
5. Strikes to the throat.
6. Fish hooking.
7. Elbow strikes of any kind.
8. Knee strikes of any kind.
9. Head butting.
10. Kicks to the front of the knee.
11. Hair pulling.
12. Slamming an opponent onto their head or neck.
13. Small joint manipulation.
14. Spitting.
15. Stomping on a grounded opponent.
16. �C-Chokes� or any chokes done using the fingers or grabbing the trachea.
17. Twisting locks- Heel Hooks, etc.
18. Punching to the back of the head.
19. Grabbing opponents clothing.
