Terry is the ems director at franklin county. Terry has a wife Jenny, and 2 kids name jacob and mattie. Jenny is an X-Ray technician. Terry enjoys hunting, fishing, watching Georgia football and golf. Terry graduated from Elbert County High School in 1990 and attended Emanuel College (Business) from 1990 to 1992.. Terry also works part time at north georgia tech.
