Program Description:

The proposed human development program is an initiative being created in support of BFHS and TEHS Community's students, alumni and their families and is to be officially called the BFHS & TEHS Family Life Improvement College & University - Community Association AKA Franklin - Edison Community Association. The BFHS & TEHS Family Life Improvement College & University - Community Association implemeents a major fund raising program that creates:

a.) an endowment for scholarships to BFHS and TEHS Community Colleges and Universities for BFHS & TEHS Family Life Improvement College & University - Community Association participants,

Program Implications:

The human development program that is to be implemented in the aftermath of the 11 September 2001 terror attack on our country -- is a vehicle for providing an appropriate response by our people and their civilian institutions of the need to put forward new human development initiatives. These human development initiatives are being developed in a manner that allows our people to counter any potential logic for terrorism against our democratic institutions. Although our country has made great strides in the actualization of the democratic constitutional rights of all our citizens, more work is needed. As we are all aware, a great portion of our country's past and present history is tainted by intolerance. Our country's acts of intolerance have included the genocide of Native American Peoples, the enslavement of African and European Ethnic Groups, violence against racial and ethnic groups, gender discrimination, and etc..

The implementation by our country's institutions of initiatives that bring economic and social justice under our democratic constitutional form of government to all our people is the ideal mode of action that shows our country's past to absolutely not be part of our country's present modality. Our proposed BFHS & TEHS Family Life Improvement College & University - Community Association human development initiative is a vehicle by which justice and inclusion of all the Community's Family Members, in the spirit of the American Constitutional Ideal, is being shown to be practiced by our society.

Through the implementation and publication of the BFHS & TEHS Family Life Improvement College & University - Community Association human development program institutional arrangements are being created by which our society shows that self-determination, justice and inclusion are the standards for the society's present day modality of operation. The BFHS & TEHS Family Life Improvement College & University - Community Association institutional arrangements being implemented creates a human development support infrastructure that provides compensatory financial, basic, vocational related training and human development support services for our BFHS & TEHS Community.

Program Partnerships:

The BFHS & TEHS Family Life Improvement College & University - Community Association program identifies the People Empowerment Zone Community Development Credit UnionÔ (PECUÔ), the People Empowerment Mutual Insurance Group®, a Kindergarten to Twelve Grade Distance Learning Regional Charter School and the Allied Trades & Building Construction Conservation Crafts Association as its initial community human development support alliance partner and endowment institutions.

The human development support alliance partners organizations listed above are members of the Community Rebirth Organization PlanÔ (CROPÔ) Action Team Family of Neighborhood Networks - Computer Training Centers - Collaborative Partners - operating Welfare, School, Prison or Military-To-Work (local resident business employment and ownership expansion) Programs in Safe Haven - Family Job-Life Instruction Center Sites. The CROPÔ - Action Team is developing with the Centerr for Economic and Social Justice (CESJ) in conjunction with the Allied Trades & Building Construction Conservation Crafts Association a specialized real estate investment trust (SREIT) institution legal structure. The SREIT is a vehicle for inclusion of the residents of low to moderate income communities that are experiencing redevelopment to participate in benefits of redevelopment process. The SREIT requires extensive review of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania law related to real estate trust development. The BFHS & TEHS Community College and University Law Schools are natural partners for the implementation of this project and their participation is a very visible means to show their support for economic and social justice in our community.

The CROPÔ - Action Team features Data Spectrum as its lead human development technology organization and Jesusi® International as its lead financial product, insurance, community-risk management organization. The BFHS & TEHS Family Life Improvement College & University - Community Association is operated under and alliance partnership with the UBCA - Community Trust as a 501 (c)(4) social welfare organization and as such it can have a functioning political action group and a tax deductible charitable fund.
