| | Mission
The mission of SMmMILE is to provide Saint Michael parishioners the opportunity to sing at Mass accompanied by contemporary instrumentation.
- Our purpose is to enable parishioners to participate in their duty of prayerfully singing the congregational Mass parts.
- The Mass parts are those that have been identified by the parish Liturgy Committee as appropriate for Masses at Saint Michael Church.
- Hymns and songs with themes appropriate to the Sunday's liturgy are also sung.
- While the guitar serves as the foundation instrument, clarinets, violins, flutes, keyboards, and trumpets have accompanied the congregation at various times.
- When you come to worship, sing with us.
