Original House moved from Elcor during 1933.   House was  14 ft. x 36 ft with a kitchen,  a  living room and a bedroom.  The house had no plumbing or electric wiring.

The house in 1978. In 1946 a bedroom, kitchen and entrance were added on. The orignal kitchen was converted to a bedroom and the old porch entrance was removed. In 1951 the house was wired and NECA brought in electric power. After an electric pump was installed the kitchen had running water. In 1952 a septic system was installed along with plumbing including an electric hot water heater  required for indoor bathroom facilities. A hot air furnace system was installed in the new basement. The old chimney that hung on the wall was removed and a new chimney was built starting at the basement floor. Lumber and framing materials were salvaged from a house on a farm on townline road that was purchased in 1945.
FRANCES (FEN)  WAS BORN TO JERRY  ZNIDARSEC & FRANCES INTIHAR ON FEBRUARY 14, 1912 IN SPRUCE HILL.
FRANK WAS BORN TO ANTON ERJAVEC & FRANCES NOGRASHK ON DECEMBER 1, 1903 ON LOWER DOUGLAS AVENUE IN EVELETH MINNESOTA. IN 1907 THE FAMILY MOVED TO SLOVENIA. HE RETURNED TO THE USA IN JULY 1925.
