| The closest climbing to Valdez can be found at the Dock Point Park off of South Harbor Drive. This area is located in a "day use" park by the water front of town. Along the beach is a small cliff band rangeing from 15 to 35 feet high. Located along this cliff are several boulder problems. The rock here is solid and overhanging. It makes a nice place to boulder and get a workout. |
