Good days and bad we've all been under the knife

Some want to feel controversy in their life

Always so mad, a victim

Some choose to believe in lies just to be happy

but blinder still are still are those who want to feel guilty

I don't want to be afraid

I lie on the bed I've made

Curtains drawn shut to hide Sun from coming in

Ice will not melt if the light of day's too dim

Always lonely, a victim

There are those who choose to look the other way

but some want to feel all the sadness and the pain

Always crying, a victim

I'd rather see the beauty

of life and hear her melody

I don't want to be afraid

I lie on the bed I've made

It's easier to blame

than to be under the flame
