- This
part will require perhaps years, if I am still alive, in consideration
of the priority I must give to the actual judicial and political
questions of the ESO and of the ILO Administrative Tribunal.
Nevertheless, there will be hereby, as soon as possible, wide initial
information and arguments of discussion on the achievements of
Economics and on the developed of Relativistic Economics. Moreover,
there will be a source of interest and, if possible, initial pages of
discussion on the scientific theories, achievements in Anti-Gravitation and concerned physics.
