All my wonderful (and not so wonderful) Tattoos...
I got my very first tattoo when I was only 14 years of age. A freshman in highschool (a Catholic all-girl school by the way) a couple of us girls went to this tattoo shop that apparently tattooed minors and we all got tattooes. Everyone got really dumb stuff like roses on their hip and hearts and dumb shit like that and I got a black butterfly on my mid-back. Yes a typical tattoo, but I was only 14. Give me a break. All in all, I still like my very first tattoo.
I got my second tattoo one year later at the same place and I hope to get it covered one day. I was only 15 and for some reason wanted a chinese dragon so I put it on my left shoulder blade on my back. Two on my back....uh oh....
After a few piercings later, I got my third tattoo when I became of age! Woohoo! Right when I turned 18, I got a tribal right across my sternum. People thought I was crazy and that I would live to regret it but was one of my most complimented tattoos and I have no regrets.
My fourth....well....its big and I really don't like it. And guess where it is....on my back. Call it the "porno tattoo" if you wish but I hope to get it covered one day. It's alright I guess. It didnt come out the way I had originally wanted it to. Everything was supposed to be black except for the sun in the middle. But anyway....I'll get it fixed sooner or later.
My fifth tattoo is another one of my favorites and one in which I recieve many compliments. I have this obsession with faeries so it seemed appropriate to get one. Taken from an Amy Brown picture, I got this one on the lower part of my neck going onto my back. Yes I said back....thats 4 now. My plan is to make an entire back piece....when I get money. Its all about the money...
My last and final (for now) tattoo is my most dramatic. Taken from a book by Brian Froud, I have a half sleeve of the "Queen of the Bad Faeries" on my right arm. It took approximately 3-4 months to complete and I still have to go back for one last session for touch ups and to clean off the edges. I love it and receive many compliments on it.
