| Welcome! My site is for wls (weightloss surgery) patients wanting to find and post recipes. This site is only intended to gather recipes for free public use. I am not a doctor , therefore nothing on this site is to be considered as medical advise. As this site grows i will be putting recipes in order of food groups and different eating stages.
