Legacy Project

For my legacy project, I enlisted the help of a senior who was enrolled in three of my classes to help me in putting together a board consisting of different types of bearings, sprockets, keyways, pulleys and belts to be used in future lessons.  Throughout the semester, I was able to use several of the boards created by Mr. Hancock for use during lessons.  However, Mr. Hancock did not have a board that consisted of the bearings, sprockets, keyways, pulleys and belts so I chose to help him for his future lessons.  These boards consists of various products that may be used in several shop activities and they were to be used in the presentation of the lessons to bring the products to the classroom before they were to be used in the shop activities.  Bringing these products into the classroom helped students to see the products and be able to touch them in the midst of lecture to ensure that they would know what they were seeing when they got to the shop to work on their projects.
