| The training seminar "Development of transborder collaboration in the frames of Youth Programme" was conducted from 14th to 25th July, 2003 in the area of Frakto, Drama prefecture, Greece. |

| The organizer was NGO Arcturos, seated in Thessaloniki, Greece, and partners from Bulgarian side were non-governmental organizations Eco-organization Rhodopi and Balkani. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| In the seminar participated representatives from NGOs in the area of nature conservation as well as youth leaders, "Tetida", "Foundation Institute for Ecologic Modernization", "Moris", "Intimate with Nature" and "Business club". On behalf of Greek NGOs the participating organizations were the Photographic Association in Thessaloniki, The Thessaloniki Culture Center and the Youth Council at Kozani, Greece. |
