Setting

This RPG takes place on the planet of Asaiah at the other end of the universe. It is the beginning of Summer in the year 1746  (which has nothing to do with our time system, btw), and the planet is pretty much at peace, as far as warring countries go. To be more specific, the RPG will take place on the continent of Irisillia, in the major city of Maile.

Maile
Population : 1,000,000
In charge: Mayor Larkus De'Atorre
Location: Close to Asaiah's Equator on the South shores of Irisillia. Mountains are to the North, trapping it in.
Weather: Very warm most of the year. In the middle of the winter, it can get down to around 30 sometimes, it might snow if you are lucky. Occasional warm rain all year round.
Other: Maile is split up into 4 parts, the Hae District, the Kente district, the Sinclair district, and the Galil district. The lifestyle varies from district to district.

The Hae District
The Hae district is on the Southern beaches, and home to the richest people in Maile. Although less people live here than the other districts, this also contains most of the attractions such as the clean beaches, theme park, and fancy restaurants.

Schools
Vita Elementary School
A public school for K-6 students.
Marina Middle School
The public middle school for 7th and 8th grade students.
Merlynn Girls School
An expensive all girls school which educated girls K-12th grade. Only the very rich attend here, and is one of the most prestigious schools on Asaiah.
Pelagia High School
The public high school of the Hae district. A good school for the standards.

Other Places
Moana Plaza
Not technically a Plaza, but never mind that. It is a giant shopping mall in the center of the district, and has everything you can imagine.
Konigs Hall
A giant dome-shaped venue where all important events happen. All the popular concerts are held here, as well as any important speakers.
Yoshie's on the Water
An upscale restaurant on the bay. Very beautiful, but also very expensive...
Aquarius Water and Theme Park
Not just for the rich, the whole city comes here on warm days to hang out in the sun. Has everything from water slides, to the teacup ride. ^^v

The Kente District
This is the West side of the city. It is a middle class neighborhood, with many nice houses, and even more condo buildings. This distric also contains many businesses and factories.

Schools
Moringana Elementary School
A public school for K-6 students.
Gali Middle School
A 7-8th grade school.
Bethany High School
A fairly new school built in Kente. Very big, too, as almost all of the high school students in Kente attend here.

Other Places
Moringana Street Hall
A local hang out for teens to go and eat and shop. Not as big as Moana Plaza, but still significant.
Tuli's
A nice restaurant in the Kente District. They serve a good amount of traditional foods from around the world, but keep their prices reasonable.
Aerisae Theatre
The new movie theatres in the heart of Kente. It features around 15 movies at a time, and even feature reclining seats. Pretty impressive, ne?

Noille Books
Known more for its architecture than its books, Noille books is a giant pyramid shaped glass building which erupts from the middle of Kente. It had every book from every country.
Hearts Bar and Grill
Another good restaurant, even more cheap than the last one. They have an open grill outside and are a popular restaurant in especially the summer.

Sinclair District
Another Middle Class district, but this is the East side. This is a more well-kept district, and much more tight knit than the K.D., as it is smaller. Sinclair district is known for its antiques, surprisingly, and people come from all over the world to buy. A good convention meeting place as well.

Schools
Gates Elementary
A public school for grades K-6.
Morgan L. Mouflons Middle School
Named for a great mayor that passed away, this school is an educational center for 7-8th grades, and focuses a little too much on history...
Harper School of the Arts
The only school of the arts in Maile. This is a school for 6-12 grades and focuses on (guess!) art.
Sinclair High School
The public school in Sinclair. Much less populated than the last two HS'. However, many kids from the Kente District try to get variances, so the school is growing rapidly.

Other Places
Kokoro Convention Center
A major meeting place on Asaiah. This is a green building which can be seen from almost anywhere in the city. It is on a hill and has one of the biggest parking lots imaginable...
Marianna Gardens
A beautiful garden in the middle of Sinclair. It it arguably the most beautiful in spring and summer.
Fulvia Opera House and Music Hall
Built by one of the riches families in Sinclair, this opera house and music hall is dedicated to thier daughter, Fulvia. It has the best accoustics and features 5 operas a season, as well as other musical events.
Isham Square
A place in the middle of the square, and truly the antique capital of Asaiah. This has over 50 stores selling antiques of all kinds.

Galil District
This is the least rich of all the districts. This is located at the North end of the city, and is all but a dump. It is sprinkled with older homes, and are lacking in many ways, including occasional power outages and very bad cell phone reception due to the many buildings.

Schools
Libera Elementary School
The local Elementary School for children K-6th grade.
Perry Middle School
A rather old Middle School in the middle of the district. Grades 7-8th.
Galil High School
This school is in the worst shape of all. It is an old brick building, with leaks in the ceiling, but the Galil citizens can't do much about it. There isn't enough money to help.

Other Places
Ranni Park
A park in the most Northern end of the city. There are swing sets, tables for lunch, and police everywhere. A very good family spot.
Sawsan Theatre
The oldest entertainment building in Maile, Sawsan is a 150 year old theatre with about 534 fire warnings around it. It is used as the theatre for the yearly theatre festival which takes place the three days around midsummer. It also houses many local concerts in the outdoor auditorium.
Old Sarrillo Building
An old building which many of the kids now use for a hangout. Its pretty cool, since many of the kids contribute thier own stuff to the old place.
Amana Strip
A street of just restaurants and stands, much like a marketplace, close to Ranni Park.

Time and Technology
As far as this goes, just use the rule of whatever you can do on Earth, you can do there. Therefore, the main route of transportion is cars there, and when at home, one can use the computer or watch T.V. Whatever is on Earth, is on Asaiah. This just makes it a whole lot easier...
