Malia Lainey (calm and peaceful bright light) (39); Malia married at a young age having her two daughters quickly and her divorce quicker. She works at a lawfirm in Kente, but currently resides in Galil with her two daughters. She stands 5'9" with strawberry blonde hair and hazel eyes. She has a delicate form of a model and is very pretty. She is a good mother and loves both her daughters very much.
Enya Lainey (Little fire, bright light) (14); Rin's little sister looks up to her in the brightest light. She loves her so much and hates when she is sad or upset. Enya is a bright child that works hard to be as good as her sister. She stands 5'4" with black hair and the same hazel eyes that run through her mother's side of the family. She's thin with a dancer's figure and a perfect posture. She's kind and sweet, with many friends. She and Rin have a good relationship, but Enya can't help but be hurt when her sister is angry at her and worries constantly about her.
Nadia Kaden ("hopeful fighter") (17), Nadia is Rin's better half so to speak. She's good at everything, but sticks to playing the guitar. She helps Rin with her singing as well as her homework, which no matter how hard she tries, Rin can never do on time....Nadia stands 5'6" with chestnut brown hair and a creamy brown complexion. She has light brown eyes that complement her features perfectly. She's slender and curvaceous and very pretty.
Appearance:
Rin is rather tall standing at five foot nine inches. She's femininely muscular, having a flat stomach and well toned arms. She has a creamy tan all over with no blemishes or scars. She has a fire symbol that is about 6.5 inches long on her upper left thigh and about 4.5 inches her right arm. She's rather fond of them, and dislikes when people comment negatively on them. She has three holes in both ears, but no other piercings. She loves making her own clothes to express herself, but will always buy clothes if she likes them. She loves jewelry, but will only wear silver. Her favorite smell to wear is Mandarin Orange and Mango (she's mixed both Orange and Mango lotions, body splashes, body washes, etc to create a specific smell).
Rin has natural black hair, but highlighted it with auburn. Her hair is very straight and cut very short in layers, covering the right side of her face. It's shiny and healthy, with a feathery texture. Her eyes are hazel, being gray with a fleck of green or blue. She wears dark makeup to accent her eyes and her hair. Her face is angular but goes well with the rest of her body. She has small, feminine hands and long fingernails which are painted in various colors. Her lips are full and are usually covered in a thin layer of cherry or tropical lipgloss. Rin's voice is low with a raspy sound with a strong English accent.
Holofernes' fuku is a black leather top that laces up the front in shiny red ribbon, buttons at the bottom in the back, and has four thick ribbons holding the back together. She wears another red ribbon around her neck, that is connected to the top by four identical ribbons, in the back. She wears a "cheerleader" skirt that is rather plain, except being trimmed in the same red ribbon along the bottom of the skirt. She wears sheer red sleeves that start a little above her elbow and tied together, by again, red ribbon, and bell out into a cassading sleeve. Around her neck she wears the gem from Moreno's Divya, on a loose, thin (though unbreakable) metal chain. Lastly on her feet, she wears knee-high boots that have four belt straps going up each boot.
Personality:
Rin is a very creative, go get'em, outgoing person. She loves art and interior decorating, as well as singing, dancing, and a little karate on the side. She's very likely to go after what she wants, no matter how long it takes, and will stop at nothing until she gets it. She loves making new friends, meeting new people, discovering new things, and trying anything once. She's athletic and snowboards on the weekends (when she gets time). She doesn't have an over amount of friends, but about a dozen close ones. She doesn't like arrogant or egotistic people, and loves people who aren't afraid to stand out.
The negative side of Rin, is her tempermental, jealous, neurotic, parinoid side. She is quick to lose her temper over small things, which usually results in about 15 minutes of arguing, then about a week of silent treatment. She is ample to get jealous over anything from new boyfriends, to new cars and does her best to get something equally great or greater. She is parinoid that people talk about her or her friends, but usually doesn't care. She can be a bit two-faced, or hypocritical at times, but she's working on it.
The third side of Rin is her caring, helpful, loving side, that only her best friend Nadia and her family sees. She will do anything to help out and protect the people she loves and would kill anyone that laid a finger on them.
History:
Rin was born into a happy home in Hae...at first. But then happy days turned into crazy nights. Her father would leave home for days at a time, never calling to say where he was or anything. One night her mother was going through the laundry and found (among many things) painkillers and phone numbers of women. Gathering up all her bravery, Rin's mother went to one of the women, who helped in every way she could. Not long after, Malia left Rin's father (who was later incarcerated), but had no money to show for it. The family moved to Galil and Rin's mother found a job as a secretary in a friend's lawfirm.
Many years later, Rin was happy again. After long hours with a therapist, she finally had her life on track. She was best friends with Nadia Kaden, a popular cheerleader, and finally had her room the way she wanted! But, one night things changed. It was a cold October night and as usual a party was at a friend of a friend's, who cousins with a friend, who happens to be the third cousin of a kid in your class...was in Galil. Rin and Nadia went and had a good time. It was around midnight and the party was over (it was only about two people in the same room with Rin), when Rin realized her friend was missing. She looked everywhere, but no sign of her. Finally, a girl came running down the stairs and told Rin three guys where trying to have there way with Nadia. Rin, outraged and blind with anger, ran up the stairs and kicked open the door. A trembling, terrified Nadia was being pinned down by two guys, while the other was just about to do the unthinkable.
What came over Rin, she didn't know. But in a mere 3 seconds, the building was on fire and the three guys were rushed to the hospital. The whole thing was hush-hush, and Rin was off the hook. Nadia didn't know what to think, but Moreno did. While the girls were walking home, he approached Rin with a past she never knew, but gladly accepted.
Holofernes, the Angry Firefly
Baddie Name: Holofernes
Power: Fire
Colors: Dark blue and black
Items: Two flaming metal spheres connected by an extending chain; she uses it as a weapon.
Attacks:
"Angry Pyreflies!" - 5% - 10%; more of an annoying distraction, than anything else. Upon shouting this attack, thousands of flaming bugs rush at the enemy, preventing them from movement unless the bugs are destroyed.
"Ring of Fire!" - 15%; using her weapon, she swings the spheres at her sides, creating two rings of fire. The rings launch fullspeed at the enemy, attacking it head on.
"Sheol BlowTorch!"- 20%; Holofernes creates a blowtorch out of her mouth (similar to the fire-eaters). It lasts up to 10 seconds and does pretty bad damage.
"Wrath of Gehenna!" - 27%; Encasing herself in a white fire, Holofernes points her palms to the ground and opens depths of hell, swallowing whoever stands in her way in a pilliar of fire. This attack could kill a human, and damage a senshi pretty badly.
