Fav./Least Fav. Food: Sad to say, but Faylinn's favorite foods are insects. 'He' likes to see people squirm when he eats them because 'he' finds it so humorous. Faylinn doesn't like pickles. Even drinking something that had a few drops of pickles juice dropped into it makes him squeemish.
Major Likes: Being number one, the 'chase' of a relationship, wet donuts
Major Dislikes: Water (large amounts of water. Drinking water and taking baths/showers is okay), long term relationships, and people who are always right (this last one really irks him when the person is someone he doesn't like)
NPC Friends and Family:

Biddii Shea//'Sister' (genderless)//18// She thinks she is the center that the world revolves around. Everything has to be about her. If there is whispering going, Biddii first assumes that they are speaking of her. She does not have a lasting relationship with Faylinn. The two get along well enough, but with Faylinn being 33, 17 year old Biddii and Faylinn are not actual relative, but they have taken each other in as such. Biddii has corkscrew colored hair with pink tufts of hair coming from her temples that hang down to her chin. Her hair is well kept, and is cropped in a page boy style. She has carmine eyes, like all shapeshifters. One of her most noticable features is a spider-shped scar on the right side of her neck.

Appearance:

Topping the incredible height of 4'11, with a fluxuating weight that is generally ideal for his height, Faylinn seems to be close in size to his ficticious namesakes, the faeries. He is very thin and lithe. He has little muscle at all, making his actual body difficult to use in battles, but he has the ability for incredible speed. Faylinn has unusually long legs, which give him long strides. His long legs, however, do not look too incredibly strange, the rest of his body is preportioned well. His fingers are slender and very nimble/ He can move them faster than the eye can see (something he can do with both his hands) which sometimes gets him into trouble. Faylinn's skin is a rich, earthy brown. His hands are calloused and are rough to the touch, but it is more of a comforting roughness.

Faylinn has a distinct limp in his left leg. It doesn't bother him since he was born with the handicap. It gives him no pain, and it never has, it only looks like it should hurt. Although genderless, Faylinn's voice sounds more like that of a male, but he doesn't have his moments. ^^;; His voice, at times that can't be helped, take on a feminine pitch. This usually happens whenever he's trying to be cool or mysterious. Whenever he talks, Faylinn has the tendancy to move his fingers. He never notices when he is doing it, but others notice. Faylinn is not drawn to any particular style of clothes. He mixes and matches anything. He even cross dresses frequently due to the fact that he is actually an 'it', which makes it easier for him to dress for the occassion. Faylinn has no reproductive organs (the reason is explained in the history). His chest is flat, which makes many people assume that he is male.

The color of Faylinn's eyes is carmine. Carmine is the color of every shapeshifter's eyes. It is a defining trait for them. His eyes are large and wide, seemingly trying to take the entire world in with one glance. On both of his cheeks are twin pale pinkish scars that look like enlongegated arrow heads. On his forehead is a small four-pointed star scar that is also the same pinkish color. His face is a rounded heart shape. His nose is small and alwyas seems to be smelling something since it is consantly moving (think rabbit). He has a wild mane of white hair that goes down to under his shoulder baldes. He usually wears his hair pulled up onto his head and lets his hair hangs over the left side of his head, covering his left eye. There are, however, a few clumps of hair that stick up and a little to the side on the right side of his head.

Personality:

Faylinn is easily bored. He needs something new constantly to keep him entertained. Because of this, there are days when Faylinn is always bored. And usually on those days his temper his easier to lose. Faylinn is one of those people who likes to finish projects quickly so that he can keep on going with something else. He doesn't appriciate help when he is working on a project. He wants to be the only one doing it. It offends his pride if someone is sent to help him, making him think that others do not think him capable enough to handle his assingments.

Faylinn has a passion to be the best, to be number one in everyone's eyes. He wants to prove himself that badly. He is never happy with being less than first, but he is more mature than to have a fuss about it. He can easily restrain his emotions, so that they do not get in his way. He may not be happy with anything less than first, but he knows how to live with it. It's how he's survived through so many rebirths. Faylinn is a courageous person. He stands for what he believes, not what others think. Which means that he believe whole-heartedly in Moreno's cause, otherwise he would never have stuck around. An encourager, Faylinn is. He offers encouragement to the others of Moreno's elite.

Faylinn is a bit of a romantic, but prefers the chase of a relationship over the longhaul. If it looks like someone is actually begining to fall in love with him he shuns them and pushes the person away. He'd rather be loathed by the person he is hitting on rather than liked. It makes it more fun for him, anyway. Faylinn, once in a battle, is very suseptible to the bloodlust, the instictive drive to hunt and kill with no mercy. This happens most often when he has shifted into another's form.

History:

-(history of the people)-
Shapershifters are natives of Fernes. They flocked to Moreno's banner because they sensed his power, his strength, a strength most shapeshifters did not have on their own. All shapshifters are genderless. They have no reproductive systems, making it impossible for them to have children. However, this is not a problem because of a unique trait that is particular to shapeshifters. When they die, they are reborn. The shapershifter population has never grown and has never decreased.

They live to approximately 100 years old, and never seem to age after they hit 25. When they are reborn they are always rebron at a specific age for themselves, and it has never been younger than 15 years of age (for Faylinn specifically, he is reborn at the age of 15). They can be killed earlier than their death age of 100, but they will still be reborn. To be reborn the shapeshifters must be taken to Shining White, a type of tree that has been revered since the old days of the shapershifters. Only the these trees have the ability of restore life to those who have died.

All shapeshifters have carmine eyes. It is a trait that singles them out from any other race.

-(history of Faylinn also called Ciulieah)--
Faylinn was one of the last of the shapeshifters to come to Moreno's aid. He wanted to be sure that following Moreno was truly the path that he wanted to follow. None could pursuade him to make up his mind any faster than what he wanted. He did not decided until he was near death. It was then that he decided to join with Moreno to whatever ends were met. Faylinn spoke with one of the generals of the army, enlisting. Of many of the shapershifters, Faylinn had the widest shapeshifting ability. He could even take the shape of other humans, however, he would need to taste some of the person's blood first. With animals, however, all he must do is observe. He was to make a great addition to the fighting force of Moreno, but passed on a few days afterward.

Many in the army, not knowing the truth of the shapershifters, thought Faylinn lost forever, but ten days later, a yong 15 year old Faylinn aprroached the same general, still intent on joining. He literally scared teh pee out of the man.Faylinn explained how shapeshifters are always reborn, and will be until the end of time. Faylinn was chosen, of the many shapeshifters, to train as one of Moreno's most elite because of his large repetoire of shapeshifting abilities. Coincidentally, Faylinn was the one that Vega was originally going to fight (once that point in time arrived), but Faylinn refused, and he was backed up b others who knew his value.

He has been in dedicated to Moreno since the days he was called to be one of the elite. He is now one of Moreno's top five elite. He was given a piece of the divya of eternity, which was placed in his left eye, a place where he could not lose it and where others could see it. He now searches for the other divya for Moreno.

Attacks:

Since Ciuleah is a shapeshifter he uses the ability to its maximum. He will often shift into the form of another creature or human to gain certain fighting abilities during a fight.

Tempest Reprieve//15% damage// "Tempest Reprieve" Ciulieah clenches his fists above his head, throwing his head back. His eyes have a wild fire dancing in them. The piece of the Divya of Eternity that was placed in his left eyes shines, and a wild wind blows. The wind suddenly comes to a stop, and nothing seems to happen. When it looks as if what he did was just for show, shards of hardened wind cut at the enemy's body.

Holy Wind//no damage// This is more of a defensive attack that creates wings made of wind on Ciulieah's back. The wings act on their own, as a shield mostly. He rarely ever flies with these empowered wings.

Aure (soft wind or breeze)//18% damage// Ciulieah crosses his hands, fingers splayed, over his mouth, and his blows air threw his the open places between his fingers. The air turns into a gentle breeze that wraps around the enemy and squeezed him or her much like a python would.
