Dorrgah Alma//Father//61// Baenre Alma//Mother//57// Dorrgah and Baenre, in their younger days, were drafted into Moreno's army, mostly because they have the blood of Draong Gypsies in their veins. They are both very supportive of their son. They live in a small, secluded house. Dorrgah is bald aside from a feathery white ring around the back of his head. He has beady eyes and a long, white mustache that hangs down to his chest. Baenre looks like she is in her late 30's. Her eyes are walnut shaped, and her hair is ink black, hanging down to her waist. Vega is on a good relationship with his mother and father. He called them 'Honored Father' and 'Honored Mother' or 'Honorable Father' and 'Honorable Mother', but that is because he talks in a very polite manner.

Corrya Gibit//Male//Close Friend//22// Corray is short of stature, but big on ego. He has platinum colored hair and hazy green eyes. He is the only one that Vega tells his deepest feelings to.

Appearance:

Vega's eyes are unique because in essence he has no eyes at all. He has eyes in the sense that he has the whites of his eyes, but there is no pupil or iris at all. But he can see, even with this hindrance (explained in history). His "eyes" are narrow, evil looking eyes. His black eyebrows are short and thick. His face is the shape of a heart. His skin is pale white, a very extreme pale. On his left cheek starts a patterned coloration of his skin that is blood red in color. The pattern comes down his neck, flaring out around his neck, leaving only the width of two fingers so that it does not touch on the center of his throat. The coloration spread out along his back, onto his left arm all the way onto the back of his hand, down his left side, and ends at the base of his left heel. The coloration hardly touches the right side of his body, aside from the part on his neck and a small band around his right wrist.

His hair is a lush green with off-white streaks in it. Vega's hair is cut in a shaggy style, and it is cut short in the back, but it hangs down to his knees in the front (at the sides of his head). He has no bangs, which reveals his big forehead. Vega is 5'7'', with a thin and frail body. He has hardly any muscles and little body strength. Most of his strength is his inner strength, the power that he has with souls. Vega has a fairly large mouth that still fits his face.

Vega's movements are always slow and deliberate. It is nearly impossible to get him to move quickly, something his parents tried to do, to no avail. His hands are constantly moving, usually in the rituals of the Draong Gypsies to the souls of those who have passed on. His fingers are always in an intricate dance when he performs these hand rituals. As for his clothes, this can get a little interesting. He usually sticks to dress clothes so that he will always be fit for an audience with Moreno, however... Since he cannot tell colors aside from green and off-white he is subject to clashing colors. At all times he wears a necklace that holds the stone given to him by Moreno inside a diamond orb.


Personality:

Vega is a bright person, someone who always seems friendly and ready to be stuck with anyone on a lone desert isle. Of course, that does not include those people who seem to be able to get on everyone's nerves. There are those people he just doesn't like. Vega is a very unorganized person, but this is because he can't actually see anything other than outlines. His strange eyes make it difficult for him to be any other way than unorganized. He does tend to be sarcastic, especially when talking to one of the other generals.

Vega is good at language skills, having perfect articulation and pronunciation. He is an amazing diplomat. He always goes for the win-win solutions. He has amazing social skills and impeccable manners. He always talks himself down, so to speak. He will call even the lowliest person a 'lord' or 'lady'. He always speaks with the utmost respect to and about Moreno, not wanting to anger the king.

Vega is a peaceful soul. He desires peace above all else, and wishes that Moreno could go about getting revenge in a more peaceful manner, but he will not say so to Moreno. He hates competition when it makes him do sloppy work, which always seems to happen when he tries to hurry. He has learned his pace and doesn't appreciate it when others make him work faster than what he knows he is capable. He also doesn't like conflict. He will try to keep from fights or any form of conflict, which can get on people's nerves easily. He hesitates before stepping into a fray with an enemy. Vega is a person who does not have strong leadership skills. He is much happier when he works in a partnership with someone else.

Vega is an honest person. 'Honest', meaning that if he thinks something, then he won't hesitate to say it. He can get himself into strange situations because if someone asks him if he is lying he will say 'yes'. Of course, then he will be honest with whomever he is speaking and say that he will not tell the truth. Vega is always on time, and is proud of that fact.

History:

To begin Vega's history is to speak first of his parents and his ancestors. Dorrgah and Baenre both have the blood of the Draong Gypsy, a people who lived on the planet of Fernes before Moreno's coming. They worshiped souls, nothing was more important to them. Family even came second. All Draong Gypsies, or anyone with Draong blood, has a coloration of the skin. The coloration is always different. Dorrgah and Baenre also have a coloration on their skin, but theirs are small and on their backs. Vega's coloration is unusually large, probably due to his strong connection with souls. Among the Draong Gypsies were those few called 'seers'. These Draong Gypsies were not born with typical eyes because all they had were the white of their eyes. But these Draong Gypsies were still able to see. They could see rough and faded outlines in one or two colors and that was all. However, because of their strange eyes they can see spirits walking amongst the living, and if they so wish (and the other person agrees) a Seer can see through someone else's eyes, to see whatever that person sees (personally, for Vega, he has hardly tried this).

Vega's parents lived peacefully as merchants. One day a man came to their house from Moreno's army, on the terms that they were to both join Moreno's army. At this time it was not known that they had Draong blood. They agreed, willingly, since their current business was not going well. They put off having a child again and again. They both rose in ranks, but Dorrgah became the highest rank between the two. Baenre did not mind. An ache was beginning to grow in her: she wanted to have a child.

The year before Vega was born, it was discovered that Dorrgah and Baenre had the blood of the Draong Gypsies, who were now becoming few as they incorporated themselves into the lives of those who followed Moreno. Somewhere, it is said tribes of the Draong still exist, somewhere far away from Moreno and his followers. Dorrgah and Baenre were afraid that the truth of their beings would get them thrown out of the army and back to the life that had given them so little. This was not the case. Instead, they were kept. There were wonderings if perhaps one of them could become one of Moreno's highest generals, but, alas, it was neither of them.

At age 36, when Dorrgah was aged 40, Baenre gave birth to Vega. He was shunned by most as a strange child, but they knew not the beliefs of the Draong. At first Baenre and Dorrgah were saddened that there child, the only one they would ever have, was such a cripple. They had hoped that he would go far in Moreno's army. They had no heart to have him slain, so they kept him. He was a feeble child, and they were always worried that he might die. It was only as the years progressed they saw that he still could get around and acted much the same as any of the other children. It was then that they remembered the Seers of the Draong Gypsies. They had been blessed by the souls!

They pushed to have Vega trained as one of Moreno's best generals, but it did not go well. He was placed in reserve, so that if one of the others were to fail (which was unlikely) or was to die, then Vega could take that person's place. He trained diligently, knowing that his mother and father wanted him to go far. He could tell that others looked him down upon from the way they acted around him, or from snatched bits of conversation. Vega was closer to souls than either of his parents, and he was often seen is worship of them. In his fifteenth year, Vega was found in argument with one of the trainers. He was on his way to that win-win situation. He was quite convincing, but he was interrupted before being able to continue. That was when others began to see the strong diplomat within him.

On the day that he turned sixteen, Vega was training amongst the other reserves when he stopped using conventional weapons against the training dummies. He raised his hands, moving them in ways that meant nothing to others, but they held plenty of meaning to him. He executed a few brief summoning of souls, and then used 'Soul Fist'. Word spread about his strength. But would he be able to become one of Moreno's strongest generals because of it? There were plenty who knew his hesitance to fight. He was pitted against one of those in training to be one of Moreno's strongest generals. He proved to be the stronger, and his training was intensified from that day, even until he was considered one of the strongest five and given a stone from the divya of eternity by Moreno. Vega currently is searching for the other divya for Moreno.

Almaterriah

Baddie Name: Almaterriah

Colors: Feathery green and off-white
Items: None, aside from the stone from Moreno's divya that he wears in a diamond orb that is part of a necklace he wears at all times.
Attacks:

Generally for his attacks, Almaterriah summons souls that have passed on. He has few actual attacks where he must use key words to trigger them, but he uses hand rituals. These attacks generally do between 15-20% damage. Some of his summonings are used for diversions that do no damage at all, but are more used as protection or distraction.

Soul Fist// 20-22% damage// Almaterriah says this and clasps his hands together, leaving his index fingers pointing up (they touch at the tip) and his thumbs touching his chest (and each other). He bows his head, and his 'eyes' blaze a bright green. He throws out his arms and souls of the dead come from the ground and form a giant hand. Almaterriah raises his hands above his head and the hand clenches and then relaxes. Throwing his arms forward, the hand rushes toward an enemy and takes hold of their soul, doing direct damage to the enemy's soul.
