Our main suppliers are from countries in Southeast Asia like China,
Hong Kong, Taiwan, and others. Our Electronic business is focus
mainly towards O.E.M's which can fully benefit from bulk orders.

We require complete description of the item(s) so we can get them
exactly as needed. If we cannot find what you need, we will advise
you of any alternate item(s), and also provide you a sample for
you to evaluate and work on. Please let us know how we can help
you lower your production cost.

current pricing. Our prices are subject to change without prior

| 3.
Payment Terms |
| |
Customers with
established account is
Net 30 days. Otherwise,
payment with a cheque or major credit card is due with the order.
No C.O.D.
shipments. Interest rate of 1.5% or 18% per annum may be added to
overdue balances. We may hold your order if you have overdue amount
and will be advised of the hold at the time the order is taken.

| 4.
Bulk Packaging |
| |
We will ship in
the Standard Package Quantities shown in the price list, or in "Bulk"
packaging which you ever prefer. However, please specify when making
the order or else we will ship your order in bulk when it is practical.

Shipping |
| |
Items are shipped
F.O.B. Manufacturer in one of the following ways ; Freight Collect
or Prepaid and charged on the Invoice. |

Backorders |
| |
If
we short shipped your item(s), we will send you the balance when
available. You will be notified before the first shipment. However,
if the balance is about 5% of the total order, the shipment will
be deemed complete. |

| 7.
Freight Claims |
| |
Loss or Damaged to
goods during shipment is the Carriers responsibility. If a package
is received damages, please note this on the carriers delivery slip
and contact the carrier for any instructions about your claim. |

| 8.
Claims for Short Shipment |
| |
Please notify us
within 5 days for shipping errors or shortages. |
