Supervised professional and support personnel documenting the Reserve Financial Management System (RESFMS) for the Commander, Naval Reserve Force.  Wrote and coordinated production (design, graphics, layout, and printing) of all technical and non-technical documentation (data requirements documents, system/subsystem specifications, computer operations manuals, quality assurance plans, system decision papers, users/training manuals, etc.) for all RESFMS subsystems.

• Senior Technical Writer (promoted 1985).  Served as Team Leader of the RESFMS Documentation Task.  Monitored contract deliverables for six separate contract tasks.  Assisted senior managers in preparing of contract proposals, including cost estimates.  Also wrote the initial users manual for SYSCON's commercial Computer Assisted Maintenance Management System (CAMMS) software application.
