Instructor/Customer Support Representative (promoted from Manager Trainee in 1983).  Managed the Westbank Computer Center's classroom and taught courses to employees and customers, including courses on computer operations, operating systems, BASIC programming, and applications.  Developed specialized training, including sales training, for employees and educational presentations.
