Municipal Development Specialist Assistant (Monitor).  Monitored all aspects of the city’s Federal Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA) grant, including contracts, fiscal policy, and operations for internal departments and Governmental and independent subgrantees.  Reported findings in writing to the OMED Director.  Performed document and onsite investigations of operations and financial records.  Worked with Federal agencies to follow-up instances of apparent misuse of funds, etc.
