Dispite his normal "death warmed up" appearance Mr Art has been known to be the life and sole of Mr Menville. His quick and witty comments have even been known to make Mr Ben blush from time to time. Mr Art also built and runs Menvilles only working nuclear powerstation. The power station is a cover for Mr Art secret base from which he is hoping to launch his pan dimensional rocket which he hopes will join both the Mr Men universe to the normal universe of Man. Once this is done he plans to hatch a scheme that will see the Mr.Men as the dominant force in the known universe..
