Chapter 1
I packed up everything I would need and headed to the train station. When I had finally reached my destination I saw a girl about the age of 16, she had long thick brown hair that was curled in big ringlets, and she was carrying big fluffy orange cat. I adore cats, but you�ll find out more about that later. Anyway, I looked at the girl more closely and knew right away that it was Hermione Granger. I walked up to her and casually said, �hello.� She turned around and spoke back to me.

�Oh hello I dont think Ive seen you here before, are you a new student?�

�Yes, this is my first year at Hogwarts� I replied.

�I dont mean to be rude but you really dont look like a first year�

�Oh no, Ill be a sixth year, Im a transfer student�

�Oh I feel silly now, of course you are, but what school did you come from?�

�I didnt, Ive been umm home schooled all this time�

�Oh thats cool, well I hope you enjoy your stay at hogwarts, you should...�

�Granger!� yelled a tall blonde headed boy that was walking toward us.

�What do you want Malfoy� said Hermione.

They stood for what seemed like forever glaring at each other. Finally he stopped looking at Hermione and looked at me instead. He stood over me and smiled a devilish grin.

�Hello my names Draco Malfoy and who would you be?� He said while extending his hand. I took his hand and said �Hello Draco my names Minna and Im a transfer student, its nice to meet you�

He smiled at me again, gave a short glare to Hermione and walked off to talk with two other boys. �Well that was strange, Malfoy being nice to someone I mean� said Hermione. I looked at her and shrugged my shoulders and then we walked onto the train together.
