I have never liked the way most Centaurs are drawn. Most pictures of Centaurs look like the human torso was just cut an placed where a horse's head and neck should be. This is my attempt at a biological, natural merging of the human and horse. Keeping nature in mind, how would nature treat the sexuality and gender of the species?. The answer, let the centaur keep both the equine and human sexual anatomy, but alter the human gender appearance because of genetic influence. This would make Centaur sexuality and reproduction complex and specific to the species instead of the implied 'bestial' coupling of a human and a horse. It's just a thought, but I liked the way this centaur merged anatomically instead of cut and pasted together.
This isn't my newer art, I drew this some time ago. I included this picture here because I plan to return to this concept to build and improve on it.
