A second SCorp character named Scorpian. In this case the IAN stands for Intelligence, amphibious, nocturnal. His main purpose is reconnaissance due to his stealthy approach abilities. With his extensive webbing, not only can he swim with the grace of a manta ray, he can also glide similar to a flying fox.
