"Coach!" Adam and Charlie said. "I think we found our girl." Charlie grins.
All of them turn to look at where Charlie was pointing.
A girl whose hair was tied back into a ponytail was coming out of the gate. She was wearing baggy jeans, with a New Jersey Devils shirt with her jacket tied round her waist. She was also wearing a cap. The girl was carrying her backpack on her back and was carrying a hockey bag in one hand and a skateboard in the other.
"Oh, man. She is one hot lady." Fulton said in a whisper.
Coach Orion smiled as he walks towards her.
"Hi! You must be Jane. I'm Coach Orion from Eden Hall Academy."
Jane smiled lightly. "Yep. I'm Jane. Jane Fox. Please to meet you sir."
"Please to meet you too, Jane. I would be very happy if you just call me Coach Orion. Let me introduce you the Ducks."
"Hi. I'm Charlie Conway," Charlie said before Coach Orion could say anything.
"I'm the Ducks captain and we're very happy to have you here. This is Adam, Julie, Guy and Connie," he said as the four of them came forward to shake hands.
"We're very happy that you came. Julie and I used to be the only girls on the team. Now with you it'll be 3 of us," Connie said grinning widely.
"Thanks. I'm looking forward to staying in Minneapolis. It's a very nice place."
As Jane was introduced to the rest of the ducks, Charlie couldn't help but grin. He couldn't help liking Jane. She definitely wasn't bad.
Jane Fox had blue eyes, dark blonde hair and a very nice smile. She could definitely make every boy stare at her. She was pretty and Charlie was sure she was a tomboy by the way she was dress. Just like Julie.
"Come on Ducks. We've got to get back."
Soon, all of them were in the bus on their way back. Charlie, Adam, Ken and Fulton were sitting right at the back.
"What do you guys think about Jane?" Adam asked.
"She's really nice. I'm starting to think having her in our team would be great." Ken said.
"I think she's hot." Fulton said. "What about you Charlie?"
"I think she's cool you know. I'm just wondering how she plays like. She must really like hockey."
"I guess she likes the Devils. But I'm really not sure about Jesse. He wasn't quite happy when I came. Or when Ken and all the others came. "
" Hey, if she's from a rich family, why didn't she study at Some other schools. They got way better schools in LA. Maybe she got the scholarship and didn't want to turn it down." Charlie said as he looks at Jane. She was talking to Julie, Connie and Guy.
The others just shrug as Charlie looks back at them. "I just hope she gets use to Eden Hall."
By the time they reached Eden Hall, it was lunchtime already. All of them got off the bus and Charlie helped Jane to carry her bags.
"Thanks, Charlie."
"So, where is Jane's dorm, coach?" Portman ask looking at Coach Orion.
"Yeah, coach. Is she sharing a room with somebody? I mean Julie and I are already sharing a room."
Coach Orion just looked at Jane and the ducks and then said, "Jane is going to get her own dorm since everybody else already have a roommate. I believe you have a cousin here, Jane?" he asked looking at Jane.
"Yeah."
Coach Orion gave Charlie a key and asked him to bring Jane to her dorm. Goldberg and Averman went off to the cafeteria to get lunch together with Dwayne. "See you guys in the cafeteria." "So, Jane, you have a cousin here?" Guy asked?
"Yeah. He's on the school's hockey team too. Riley, you know him?"
All of them just look at Jane, too shocked to say anything.
"Why? What's wrong? You people know him right?"
Connie just looked at Jane. "Rriley's your cousin?"
"Yeah. Why?"
Fulton just looked at Jane and then he started explaining.
"You see, in Eden Hall, there's two hockey teams. The varsity and junior varsity. We're the junior people." Julie added.
