| When we got to the dinner we met up with Steph's aunt who was pissing herself laughing when we told her what happened. "I know, I'm sorry Steph. But I knew you would react this way." Katie said laughing, "Thanks Katie." Steph said sarcastically. "Well are you gonna introduce me to your lovely friend?" Katie said smiling towards me, "Oh yeh! That's right...Katie, this is Alexis my best bud and Ali this is my coolest aunt Katie. Just cause she works for 'N Sync." Steph said laughing. "Nice to meet you Katie." I said sticking out my hand, "Nice to mee you too Ali. Why don't you hang around the boys now? I know there aren't any people your age." Katie said smiling. "Gladly!" Steph said as we ran towards the guys. The dinner was like at a restourant with the whole dance floor thing and a DJ (who plays really old music, yuk!). "We gotta fix up the music." Steph said after a while. "I know! Anyone here got any CD's in their car?" I asked the guys whining. "Yeh, I'll go get em." Justin said, "Why don't you go with him Ali?" Chris said winking at me, "I think he is very capable to get it himself!" I said laughing, "Well I might need some help." Justin said smirking, "What?? You don't need help finding a CD!!!" I exclaimed. "Sure I do! I have lot's of CD's in my car." he said smiling. "Oh alright..." I said as I got up while the guys and Steph whistled. "Shut up Steph." I said laughing. 'I dunno why I"m complaining. I'm gonna spend some time alone with the 'Justin Timberlake' and I'm complaining? What am I? Crazy?? I MUST be crazy!' I thought to myself as I followed Justin to his car down in the carpark underground. "Which one is your car?" I asked while I walked beside him, "That one." he said as he pointed at a cherry red Mercedez. "Wow..." I said as my mouth gaped open, "If you don't close your mouth you're gonna attract flies." Justin said laughing as he opened the boot of his car. "Justin...there is only 2 CDs here." I said as I looked into the boot of his car, expecting thousands of CDs. "Well...I forgot the rest of my CD collection." he lied, "Justin, let me just tell you that you're a really bad liar." I said laughing. "Oh..." he said blushing. "Oh well, let's go." I said as I grabbed the 2 CDs, closed the boot and pulled Justin back towards the restourant by the arm. "You came back early!" Steph said smiling. "Well that's cause he only got 2 CDs!" I said laughing as I held up the 2 CD's in my hand. "Well...uhmmm...ya see..." Justin stuttered. "It's cool J." I said laughing as I kissed his cheeks. "Well, I dunno about you guys but the music here reeks. I'mma go up to the DJ and request something from Justin's CD's aight?" I said sighing after about 5 minutes of listening to the most annoying, and out of date music I've ever heard. "Okay, I'll go with you." Steph said as she got up with me and we started walking towards the DJ. "Well...???" Steph asked excitedly once the guys couldn't here us anymore. "Well wat?" I asked innocently. "Well...what did you do with Justin while you were down at the parking lot?" Steph asked squealing loudly. "Nothing! We went down there to get the CD's and went straight back here." I said smiling at her. "Are you sure?" Steph said narrowing her eyes on me, "Yes I'm sure! Now please! If I have to listen to anymore of this music my ear's gonna start bleeding." I said as I went up to the DJ and told him to put on Justin's CDs, which was a Janet Jackson CD and Britney Spears CD. "There is a God!" I heard the guys said as we walked back towards the table. "Let's dance Joe!" Steph said fluttering her eyelashes up at him. "Gladly!" Joey said as he winked back at us and they started bumpin on the dancefloor. "Joey will always be Joey." I sighed as I watched Joey and Steph on the dancefloor. "Uhmmm, do you maybe wanna dance?" Justin asked as the song 'I'm A Slave For U' by Britney Spears came blaring on the speakers. "Sure." I said smiling at him as he lead me towards the dancefloor. Damn! Can that boy dance or what??? Those hips of his should be illegal around the world...*drool* Anyway, after the 5th dance I said, "Hey Justin, ya wanna go sit back down?", "Yeh, okay." Justin said as he lead me back to our table. When we got back I ordered a glass of lemonade and leaned back onto the leather chair. After a couple of minutes I saw Justin still sitting next to me. "Uhmmmm Justin...you know you can dance with other girls here?" I said as my lemonade arrived. "No it's cool. I like watching." Justin said smiling at me. "Are you sure cause I don't mind." I said smiling. "No, it's okay. I WANT to stay here with you so shush it." he replied laughing as he touched my hand. I swear I felt electricity going through us when he puts his hand on mine! "Hey ya guys!" I heard Steph said as she ran towards the table smiling and out of breath. "Geeze girl, what have you been doin?" I asked her laughing as I saw her. "I've been dancing with Joe." Steph said as I saw Joey slide his hands around her waist. "Ohhhh." I said laughing. "This is boring." I said after about 10 minutes of sitting down and I leaned my head back towards Justin's shoulder. Suddenly I saw Steph's face light up. "Guys, be right back." Steph said as she ran towards her aunt who was socialising. "Oh no...when she has that look on her face. It ain't good." I said whining. "It'll be okay." Justin said laughing as he slid his arms across my shoulder. Suddenly I saw Steph up on stage. "Hi! Excuse me can I have your attention??" she said loudly into the microphone. "What the hell is she doing?" I asked myself loudly. "Hi! I'm Steph. I'm Katie's niece and I've got some entertainment for ya! Well my friend here tonight is a great singer but she's a bit shy about her talent. Come on up here Ali!" Steph said smirking. "What?!?!?" I said loudly. "Yay! Go on up there!" Justin said as he kissed my cheeks. "Oh my gosh..." I said as everyone cheered and clapped for me while I walked up to the stage. I gave Steph the biggest evils when I got up there but then I started loving it. "Okay. This is my best bud Alexis who has the most amazing voice I've ever heard. Whatcha gonna sing Ali?" Steph said smiling at me innocently as she handed me the mic. "Steph, you know I'm kicking your hiney after I sing?" I said into the microphone as the audience laughed and I heard Justin yelling out, "Wooo! Go Ali!!" with the rest of the guys cheering me on. "Well I dunno what I'm gonna sing. What do you think I should sing?" I asked Steph, "Not A Girl, Not Yet A Woman." Steph said straight away. "Aight..." I said as the music started playing and Steph got off the stage. It was just so natural for me to sing in front of audiences. I've been singing in front of people since I was a toddler so this was no different. "...Not a girl, not yet a womannnnn." I sang as everybody erupted into cheers. "Thanks." I said as I bounced off the stage and towards the guys and Steph who was givin me a standing ovation *laugh* "You rock Ali!!!" Justin said as he hugged me. "Thanks!" I said to him. "Girl you rocked!!!" Steph said smiling as she hugged me. "Thanks Stephie." I said smiling. |
