Darkest Future

The spaceship starts vibrating wildly. Everything blurred, and the next thing you know you are in a completely different place. It looks like Earth, but something just isn't right.

You look back at your vehicle. It has a red flashing light on the inside that reads "NO POWER".

You look down from the hill you evidently landed on. There is a pile of smoking rubbage down below.

It seems like you're stranded here, so there seems no harm in prowling around.

You climb down from the cliff and start searching around. You walk through the streets of-what you hope is-an abandoned city. Loose pieces of concrete are falling from the building walls. Cars are turned over on their sides. There is a scent of smoke in the air. What happened here?, you think silently. Did that machine transport me into a war?

You stare down at the ground as you walk, trying to think of a way back home when something catches your eye. Pick it up
