Anybody can bid in this format, as long as it's the suit of the seat they are sitting in.
Seat 1 may only bid Spades;
Seat 2 may only bid Clubs;
Seat 3 may only bid Diamonds;
Seat 4 (dealer) may only bid Hearts.
If Hearts is the turned up card, the dealer MUST Take Up.
If any other suit is the turned up card, the player who may bid that suit can either order up or pass.
D/Q - will result if turned up card is Hearts
and Dealer does not Take Up.
- will result if bidding the wrong suit
for the seat you are in.
