If no one has the 9 of Clubs then the Dealer becomes the Assassin and nominates a player to call Trumps.
If 9 of Clubs is buried, Dealer MUST Take Up.
No one may bid until Assassin has nominated.
Assassins may nominate themselves.
Player with the 9 of Clubs CANNOT discard and it must be played.
