Whatever the turned up card is, the player holding the right bower to that suit MUST make that suit trump.
If the right bower is buried, the next player holding a Jack must make it trump. So that their Jack becomes RIGHT BOWER.
If the turned up card is a Jack, then the dealer must take it up.
Bidders can ONLY be Jack holders.
D/Q - will result if a player is seen to have
a bower and didn't make trumps.
