The player holding the Queen of Spades must say so at the start of each hand. That player can order up, or pass and bid second time round. If nobody has the Queen of Spades then the dealermakes trumps. If the Queen of Spades is the turned up card, the dealer MUST take it up.
Bidders may only be the player with the Queen of Spades, or the dealer if the Queen of Spades is turned up or buried.
If the dealer has Queen of Spades and takes up the turned up card, he/she must not throw out Queen of Spades.
D/Q - will result if not declaring Queen of
Spades if it is in your hand.
