"Next" is defined as other suit but same color as the card that was turned down.
All players must pass on first bidding, any player may then bid "Next" after face card is turned down.
Eg: If Hearts is face card, all must pass so it is turned down, then anybody may bid Diamonds.
If Diamonds is turned up, anybody may bid Hearts. If Spades is turned up, anybody may bid Clubs. If Clubs is turned up, anybody may bid Spades.
D/Q - will result if ordering or taking the
