My goal is to find a way to get healthy and stay healthy with the repetitive of my job and most jobs. After I watched Gary Null for several years on PBS Specials.  I finally went and bought several of his books.  My favorite is worth the $24 and I recommend it to everyone. It is  ‘GET HEALTHY NOW! WITH GARY NULL’.  It is a nationwide resource handbook. He puts together research for  maybe hundreds of  Doctors.  They go in to detail of what minerals and what vitamins you may have a deficiency in for your health problems and how much you need to correct your problem. Here are a few quotes form the book:

“ Dr Luck Bucci, the author of Pain Free: The Deficient Guide to Healing Arthritis, states that for handling spinal problems, carpal tunnel syndrome, or arthritis, an antidepressant may be helpful.  Carpal tunnel syndrome occurs when repetitive tasks cause the tendons in the wrist to become inflamed, this squeezes the nerves, which then tingle and go numb.  Almost one-third of causes can be cured by the administration of vitamin B6 (100mg/day) to which can be added vitamin B2(30 mg/day). To  deal with the pain of the condition, one should take ST JOHNS WART (Hypericurm perforatum).  This substance has a molecule that works like a pharmaceutical drug without any of the drawbacks or side effects.

Magnesium salts are also useful for those with pain from torso or joint aches.  Many people are already deficient in magnesium.  This calmative mineral is obtained from nuts and seeds that are raw not roasted. Nuts are also beneficial in that they contain essential oils, including the omega-3 fatty acids.”

“Another nutritional approach is advocated by Dr Steven Whiting, author of the ‘The Complete Guide to Optimal Wellness.  He argues, “Once w have addressed the question of whether you are eating the proper foods, then you need to take certain supplements.”

For Dr Whiting , key supplements are calcium and magnesium. “We have been told that the B complex is centrally important.  Although this is true, the importance of calcium and magnesium should not be underestimated.  Remember, at periods of high stress, calcium and magnesium as well as vitamin C, Vitamin B1, vitamin B12 and panthenic acid are consumed by the body at a phenomental rate. One recent clinical study showed that up to 1,200 milligrams of pantothenic acid con be consumed in 24 hour period of sever anxiety, With the recommended dietary intake of those nutrients well below that, we can see it is not sufficient for high-stress periods.

“So in addition to these supplements that are commonly given for stress, calcium and magnesium are probably the best weapon we have because of these action on central nervous system.  I would recommence 800 milligrams of calcium and 400 milligrams of magnesium every 4 to 6 hours, as well as at bedtime.  By accelerating that, you can create what I designate a natural tranquilizer replacement.  While it should be used only for short periods of time, it certainly can be used for 3 to 5 days with no side effects whatsoever.”

“ AVOIDING CERTAIN FOODS AND CHEMICALS. Arthritis may be caused or exacerbated BY ALLERGIES TO FOODS AND CHEMICALS. DR warren Levin says that removing offending substances form the patients environment can produce dramatic chances.

Some doctors believe that arthritis is caused by the foods a person eats most often. Dr Morton Teich stresses that the food that patient wants the most may be the problem. Studies have shown that milk, for example, can cause severe allergies and arthritis.

Dr Teich also warns us about the glycoproteins in milk wheat, corn and cinnamon, as well as inhalants such as dust, mold and pollen.  Chemicals and food additives are also potential contributors to allergies and arthritis. “

“ Many symptoms of arthritis are alleviated by establishing a proper balance of calcium and phosphorus in the body, since these are the two minerals most responsible for bone formation and healing, Arthritis can be one of the most confusing aspects of arthritis, because, x-rays of arthritis joints often show excessive calcification.  Afraid of further calcification, patients mistakenly believe that they must avoid calcium –rich foods.  Actually the calcification is due not to an excess of calcium but to malabsorption of existing supplies caused by an unbalance in ratio of calcium to phosphorus.    This imbalance is caused by two major factors (1) excessive consumption of foods containing high levels of phosphorus such as meat, dairy products, and soft drinks and  (2) the process of joint degenerations, which releases high levels of phosphates.  This causes phosphorus in the joint site binds with calcium and results in calcification. Taking extra calcium orally does not contribute to this localized calcification. Rather by increasing calcium levels in the blood, it draws the excess phosphorus away from the joints to bind with the blood calcium so that both are eliminated; this in turn inhibits calcification around the joints.”

“Chiropractor. Many arthritis suffers interviewed for this chapter said of all the things they tried to eliminate the pain, going to a chiropractor helped the most. “

I hope you have enjoyed this inserts from Gary Null’s book it is 1037 pages of great information visit Gary on line at GaryNull.com he has video tapes and audio  tapes and books for sale there. I have found great success in pain management with coral calcium that includes the trace minerals. What the doctors in Gary’s book confirm what Bob Barefoot says too and  Doctor  Joel Walach that does DEAD DOCTORS DON’T LIE audio tape. And Doctor Libby says about vitamin B12, B6 and vitamin C we also need vitamin E. The panthenic acid is  Vitamin B1.
