| Something is wrong with the court systems when a court can take away your rights to name your own stud service prices. |

| AKC states in their rulebook the owner of the stud dog sets the price. |
|
|
| If not agreed on then there is no agreement at all. |
|
|
| Make sure you have a stud service signed even if� there you are not sure if there is going to be a litter. |
|

| IN THE COURTS YOU NO LONGER HAVE RIGHTS OWNING A STUD DOG.� ANYONE CAN BREED YOUR DOGS AND HAVE THE COURT SET THE PRICE YOU SHOULD BE GETTING.� EVEN THE MAGISTRATE IS NOT FAMILIAR WITH BREEDING SYSTEM. |

This breeder was shipped two dogs with to decide on witch one she may purchase.� BUT because no price was agreed on she should not had gone threw with the breeding of either dog.� She bred both!! She never informed me of the breeding.� In fact I was told there was NO breeding. |

even when i won in the aplees court this breeder refuses to pay what the court ordered. even and she put a judgement on my credit report! I have TWO BREEDERS that have refused to pay stud fee but are selling from my bloodlines. One of these breeders has such a contract selling puppies for $800 with so many stud rights. One of the breeders registered a litter out of my Dice without me signing papers! Expecting me to cover her expensise of AI to my Dice that did not take! Refusing to pay what is owed me. Saying she thougtht I put it on her charge card ! how many vets are going to let you do that. They need to scan your card and so does the airport. She has her champion female I got nothing after the expese was detucted from the $500 deposit. She threatens the suie me! Is it really worth sudding your dog out!. One of our TOP breeders did tell me over and over do not stud your dog have them purchase a puppy! I should had listen. I have studded dice only 4 times. Only 3 paid. The other two stud fees were from males down from Dice's lines.Please trust the people you deal with!
These two breeders also took my dogs to have thier eyse cefted and both signed the paper work saying they owned the dogs one wrote a different dogs name and number on the ceft paper and signed it saying they swear that is the said dog?????????? Faud.
Since My name as been slandered threw two countries who is suffering a loss. Three breedings not paid for but I am the one at fault and I had another breeder from a southern state threnten me also. These are people acting like they are high and mighty the court says they are wrong. remember the one that suied me never told me for four months that she even breed either of my males. do not let yourself be pressured or rushed into anything! |
