Fox�s Carbine is a highly modified derivative of the M40L (Light weight tactical rifle)
The barrel, while still chambered in the intermediate round 6.8x34mm CE, has been cut down to 9 inches, and the upper and lower fore ends have been altered to match. Much of the internals remain the same however he�s also cut down the G1 launcher, while stunting it�s maximum range to approximately 150 meters, it still accepts, 40mm grenades, 37mm Flares, 20mm Advanced guided munitions (With conversion cylinder), 12GA rounds (With conversion cylinder)
Even with all the accessories, such as the Day time TV, NVD, thermo-imaging unit, it remains relatively light at twelve pounds unloaded. Shortened with a five position telescoping stock, rearward tactical sling mount, and sound suppresser which suppressed the muzzle blast to �comfortable� levels. Fox�s carbine would be ideally suited for close quarters combat, but it�s acceptable for an all round support weapon as well.
