Born in Denmark in 1970, the boys were infused with a love for music and a penchant for literary wrestling. Many trips to the Danish seaside were essential to inspire the combinations they first experimented with. However, modern Danish music provided the boys with little stimulus and reason to proceed.
During adolescence, the boys engaged in percussion demonstrations, factory employment and private sex acts. Most of this proved fleeting, and an unsavory pall hung from their brows as for their stalled creativity.
Enter the USofA. A fortuitous sea voyage to the craggy shore of Boston MA opens the boys to a wider reality, a vista of FM radio, dirty night clubs and poetry readings. Returning to Denmark just one week later, Gyy turned to Bry and said 'Four Way Anal Touchfight'.
This phrase was to hang on the wall like a carefully considered tattoo, encouraging the boys to craft and create in the ways they had always dreamed. They knew with this provocative title and their lyrics translated to fashionable English, they were sure to succeed. With their combined force of percussion and melody, philosophy and rhyme, ancient martial arts and Danish historical pride, the winning combination was born.
The first record was produced in Middelfahrt, DK in 1995. 10 tracks of what is now considered legendary fightmoves and sonic foundry.
1999 witnessed the first USofA live performance on FIGHT Tour.
2000 the release of MAN WOMAN CHILD BEAST.
2001 saw two more visits to the USofA for the BEAST Tour.
2002 boasted a live performance and USofA recording sessions.
2003 saw third visit to Middle East Club on HERITAGE Tour.
2003 also releases 'HERITAGE' vinyl LP compilation with LTD ED 7" w/ 2 new tracks!
