The Family |
|
|
We've had a great year as a family. Thanksgiving 2004 was our biggest so far with over 30 grown-ups. In December, the entire Smith family, including Bob and Jill, Prue and Anthony, all flew to Queensland for a wedding. We had a wonderful vacation. We also had Ashton's Christening in December. Christmas was at our house last year. The boys got spoiled, of course. We had a visit from Fay in March, which was great. The boys loved her and it was so wonderful having her here. Ash turned one, Max turned three, then I had a birthday (26 if you must know.) We also had our 4th wedding anniversay. Danny's cricket team won the premiership (the superbowl of local cricket.) Dan also just ended a successful season of (field) hockey. I just finished my first teaching round at a local high school. It was hard but fun. |

The boys had a great Christmas. Their grandparents and aunty Prue and Ant spoiled them rotten. Max just wanted to open all the gifts and Ash wanted to eat the paper. They made a good team. |

Aunty Fay's visit from the USA was perfect timing for Ash's 1st birthday. We took Fay to the beach and to the zoo??, and into Melbourne. The boys really enjoyed having her at our house. Max still calls our spare room "Fay's room" |

|
Bob is called "pi"..it was supposed to be grandpi, but Max changed it. And there's something about Pi, both Max and Ash adore Bob and the ground he walks on. They love him more then Dan and I!! |
