There was one scene in the film where Jim Belushi meets this sweet innocent cute little librarian.
When he goes to pick her up later that evening at her apartment for a date, he quickly learns she is NOT SO innocent as she first appeared.
She greets him at the door as a kinky Dominatrix, and she is dressed in a skin tight leather boustie, fishnets stocking, stilleto heels, chains, leather and bondage. Next scene you see is Jim Belushi strapped and bound to a table that spins. MAN, she WAS HOT! Who was this actress? This scene was HILARIOUS! I love it when they do comedy stuff like that as a goof!
Plot Summary:
Jim Belushi plays a super-competent secret agent on the trail of Russian thugs. John Ritter plays a milquetoast dad who gets mixed up in the caper. The story follows their adventures over the course of a week, in which Ritter develops some guts and Belushi gets in touch with his sensitive side.
The fate of the world is in their hands. God help us all.

This has become well known from cable television. It didn't do anything in the theaters, but it is very funny. I don't know why this was not a hit. A wonderful spoof. I'm not a John Ritter fan, but he and Jim Belushi are really good together. Next time it pops up on cable check it out.
