The following are gift ideas for teachers though they can be made for anyone.
Supplies you need:
Clay Pot
Jingle Bell
Black Paint

Paint the pot black, with the pot tipped upside down, stencil an apple on it and then write A,B,C or 1,2,3 on it with the paint pen.
Thread the jingle bell on a ribbon and run thru the bottom of the pot. Hot glue it on the pot. Cut the tape and make a loop. Hot glue this on.
Viola!!! You have a teachers bell.
Supplies needed:
Clay pot with saucer (size = your choice)
Pictures of students (I used the class picture and cropped out each indiviual student)
Paint (your choice, I used the school colors)
Paint pen (again your choice)
Modpodge
High Gloss Sealer(spray)
Plant
Colored stones or marbles
Paint the pot and the saucer the base color of your choice. (I used spray paint because it covered easier and was quicker)
Crop pictures so that they will fit.(Make copies of your pictures,DO NOT use orginals)
Temporary lay out your design. When you have the design where you want it apply pictures with modpodge. I painted the name of the school, the year, the teachers name and the students name on with the paint pen. I also traced on a paw print that is part of the school mascot and painted that in with paint).I also painted the same paw print on the inside of the saucer with the school's intials.
Seal pot and saucer with a high gloss sealer
Plant a plant of your choice
Place colored stones or marbles around the top of the dirt
Boom!!!!!! You have a teachers rememberance pot...

Remember this doesn't have to be for a teacher. It can be for anyone. Also you don't have to use pictures, you can use just the students names if you want and you can fill it with just about anything.
I gave 3 of these to teachers last year at the end of the year and it was a much treasured gift.
Assorted size beads in your choice of colors ( I used school colors)
12" of Stretch Magic Cord 5mm
3 School charms or charms of your choice
20 Spacers
String the beads on the cord. I used a smaller (ebead) to help stop the bead from falling off the cord. Alternate beads as you place them (ie: yellow, blue, yellow etc.)Placeing a spacer after every bead. I also alternated the shape of the bead, saving a tear drop shape for one of the charms.
About every 5th bead I hung a charm.
Tie off when you finish, place a drop of craft glue on the knot then hide the knot in one of the beads.
