You must send in a 50% deposit of the quoted price. You agree that in the event you change your mind to order a custom made FourEverKate Fashions garment, your deposit will not be returned. Remaining balance is due 5 days after completion. In this time, if arrangements have not been made to pay for the garment, the garment will be sold for the remaining balance and no money will be refunded. Items will be shipped VIA USPS Priority Mail, unless other arrangements have been made.
My turn-around time is approximately four weeks. I will more than likely have your garment completed by this time, but I need to allow myself ample time to order supplies from other vendors. If you need a rush order, there will be an additional $100 rush fee. Contact me about your deadline needs. I will provide you with a completion date upon ordering.
I am not responsible for measurements not completed by me. I will require you to use the measuring chart provided on the measuring link. I will use those measurements to make your garment. If measurements are taken properly, there is no need for a fitting as your garment will fit perfectly. If you require a fitting, you are responsible for the shipping charges and you need to allow ample time for this when ordering. If your garment does not fit after completion, there will be an additional alteration fee.
I will work very closely with you to design the garmet to your specifications. Please note that I will match colors as closely as possible. No changes will be made to the garment after it has been started. I will send photos of the garment as it is being made and a final photo for your approval before being shipped.
You also agree that I can use photos of this garment in all advertising. If you send stage shots of your daughter wearing the garment, I can use those photos in all advertising as well, unless otherwise specified.
