There are a few things to understand when you are part of a mall and it is all about being part of the team. They are:

1) As a team, there can be cuts or changes in the line-up to better serve the team.
2) Shops are expected to keep a full stock and most (not all) of your shop should contain the speciality items for which you are assigned. Understand that stores that don't have adequate inventories of their speciality actually hurt the mall vice help it (thus could cause you to loose your high standing with the mall).
3) As a team effort, everyone must do their part to attract customers by offering many items at wiz prices. Not all items should be at wiz as the store must maintain items to apear stocked (marked up items). Offering no items at wiz is unfair to team (and is another way to loose your standing in the mall)!
4) You must put the mall display below in your store and not modify it unless you are notified of a change. removing link is unfair to other team members (yes, another way to loose your standing)
5) you can still have your personal links to other stores, just don't use the mall to do it! Sujest listing them as "other stores" somewhere in your store.
6) Freely address issues to the team captians (bigal2003 and bold7)
7) Your personal long range goal (or short range if youre good) should be to slowly increase your shop size to get it into a marketplace.
8) Lastly, understand the mall is not an easier way to make NP, it is a better way. With that in mind the mall is constant work! Some specialties are more work then others but those are the ones that usually make more NP. As in real life, the harder you work at something the more sucessful you become.
